The Broadway Addicts are a punk group from Chennai, active since June 2013. They take their name from the song "The Broadway Addict", one of the first songs the frontman had written before getting the band together. The band's image is a mockery of the Broadway addict and thus, thrives on self-deprecating irony and being in a comfortable state of contradiction.
